hijacked for years.
International law is essentially a set of agreements based on mutual
constraints, where predictability depends on reciprocity. You cannot
exempt yourself from the rules and then expect compliance from the other
side. The West has for years acted like rogue states, and they that sow
the wind shall reap the whirlwind.
The world does not need righteous indignation, it needs a return to
international law.

story is left out; Finland had roughly 30 000 open job positions, but
300 000 unemployed. Cutting or shortening benefits isn't going to make
the 270 000 people magically get jobs. Even if you say get a job or no
money at all you can't incentivise people to get jobs that don't exist.
Austerity under the current government has increased homelessness. Sure
there are people who decide to misuse the system, but that doesn't mean
that punishing everyone is the answer.<
